Staff
Nurses

  • Receives, acknowledges, assesses all incoming patients
  • Obtains vital signs and history
  • Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures ordered by the doctor
  • Acts as Liaison Officer between the clinic and its diagnostic units, support facilities, and institutions
  • Carries out home care nursing services and ambulance conduction
  • Assists in general operations of the clinic
  • Graduate of BS Nursing
  • Licensed Nurse

Radiologic Technologist

  • Receives and charges x-ray request
  • Explains and instructs patients on x-ray procedure to be done
  • Performs x-ray procedures according to specifies Radiographic technique
  • Ensures effectiveness of equipment
  • Performs inventory of supplies
  • Assists clinic staff in the operation of the clinic
  • Graduate of BS Radiologic Technology
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologist
  • Recent board passers may apply

2D Echo Technologist

  • Performs 2D Echo procedure
  • Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies
  • Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures ordered by the doctor
  • Acts as Liaison Officer between the clinic and its diagnostic
  • Assists in general operations of the clinic
  • Graduate of 4-year Allied Health course
  • With 2D Echo training and certification
  • With PRC license is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in handling ECG, Echo machine, handling of treatment and diagnostic machines

Physical Therapist

  • Evaluates and re-evaluates patients/clients
  • Provides treatment interventions to patients/clients
  • Demonstrates respectful interactions with patients/clients, colleagues, and others
  • Participates in organizational initiatives to improve patient care and other practices
  • Progresses treatment interventions effectively
  • Graduate of BS Physical Therapy
  • Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Recent board passers may apply
  • Willing to start as soon as possible

Cashier

  • Assists receptionist with patient coordination; schedule follow-up visits and answer calls/books appointments as necessary
  • Manages up-to-date clinic income records by sending and receiving bank checks and documenting all relevant transactions
  • Assists in issuing receipts and charge slips
  • Facilitates HMO approvals (Health Maintenance Organizations such as Medicard, Maxicare, Cocolife, etc.)
  • Submits daily and weekly Census
  • Creates daily, weekly, and monthly reports from clinic financial data
  • Preferably Under Board Health Allied Course
  • Computer literate
  • Job related experience is an advantage
  • Hospital or clinical work experience is also an advantage

Receptionist

  • Acts as front-liner in the clinic and able to communicate with other TMCC clinics, doctors, patients colleagues and HMO coordinators.
  • Attends to inquiries of TMCC Clinics, patients and doctors
  • Facilitates approval of HMO company accounts for consultations, diagnostic and special procedures
  • Assists clinic staff in the operations as Cashier
  • Monitors clinic forms replenishment
  • Receives/acknowledges and assess all incoming patients
  • Preferably Under Board Health Allied Course
  • Computer literate
  • Job related experience is an advantage
  • Hospital or clinical work experience is also an advantage

Caregiver

  • Observes and refers signs and symptoms of deviation to Attending Physician
  • Communicates with the patient/relative to identify their needs at home
  • Orients the patients with the protocol, procedures and consent for Home Care
  • Nursing Service
  • Develops appropriate Nursing Care Plans for homebound patients
  • Coordinates Care Plan with the Home Care Coordinator and Physician
  • Administers medication appropriately, adheres to hospital regulations and to 10R’s in giving medication
  • Preferably Under Board Health Allied Course
  • Computer literate
  • Job related experience is an advantage
  • Hospital or clinical work experience is also an advantage
